The official news on Queen's Gambit's newest CD, "En Passant"...
This will be the last CD for a while, and contains the songs we've been doing for some time, some since the very beginning, but hadn't recorded yet. We pushed as hard as we could to get this out for the opening of KCRF without compromising on the quality.
Thanks to everyone who's been coming to our shows and listening, and be sure to check out the website at http://www.queens-gambit.com for news, pictures, and some mp3 downloads of several complete songs from our first two albums.
Toward the end of the year we'll put up some more complete songs from "Off The Board!" and "En Passant" for free downloading; right now the samples on the website from those two CDs are just samples.

It feels really good to have somebody truly objective say such nice things about the music on which we've worked so very hard!
Here's a new icon in honor of the moment, too, thanks to Mike Strange. Finally a pic of all four of us! Now we also need a good one with both Michelle and Becky in there, too...
And now I'm gonna go put clean sheets on the bed and crash...night-night.
